This position will be responsible for maintaining Grid-Tied PV and Battery Backup systems. The Technician will provide support to the Operations and Maintenance team, communicate job status and ensure the completion and documentation of troubleshooting and maintenance activities. It is the responsibility of every technician on the Radiance Solar O&M team to create a safe work environment. The solar maintenance technician will support the construction team on a limited basis, and participate in job-related training.

Responsibilities
• Travel to and from sites in the southeast united states
• Ensure tools and materials needed for each work order are available
• Complete and document maintenance activities
• Availability for on-site troubleshooting and repair, with optional afterhours or weekends
• Inverter, array, racking, and data system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Support construction commissioning activities
• Completion of checklists and documentation of work via spreadsheet, photography, and Work Order Management System
• Communication with customers and meeting with the Radiance Team

Requirements
• Previous experience in PV installations, electrical, roof, general construction, and/or low voltage
• Understanding and experience working with AC and DC systems
• Experience troubleshooting and understanding electronic systems, building and home automation, SCADA, industrial networks, or data networks.
• Apprentice or Journeyman Electricians and electronic technicians highly encouraged to apply
• OSHA 10 Hour Course / First Aid strongly preferred
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds, and must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass a substance abuse screening

The Project Manager is fully responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for both Residential and Commercial PV projects within a given regional site. This person will interface with the customer to schedule work and coordinate services. Define the schedule and budget to meet contract requirements; oversight of the design process through plan-check and permitting when necessary; defining elements of work and soliciting bids for subcontracted work as required; providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the physical construction of the PV system by Radiance Solar installation teams and any coordinated subcontractors; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any materials and/or equipment required to complete the project.

• Knowledge of commercial construction including practices and sequence of work

• Basic knowledge of commercial electrical systems
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Experience managing project teams
• Certifications: NABCEP; Certified Project Manager (CPM) preferred; OSHA 10; OSHA 30

The construction Manager is part of Radiance Solar’s project team and is fully responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle. This includes: project planning, including defining schedule and budgets which meet contract requirements; support of the design process through plan-check and permitting; aiding the Project Manager and defining elements of work and soliciting bids for subcontracted work where necessary; providing direction and supervision of all field activities related to the physical construction; supporting Project Manager in managing the project budget, cash flow and schedule through the project cycle; oversight of the data management for all project data; oversight for all quality and safety requirements on the project; materials and equipment planning and requisition; and planning/management for all general conditions requirements to successfully install the project on-time and within budget, while maintaining required levels for quality and safety. The Construction Manager is also responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of workers are on site to ensure adequate progress of work, coordination of trades and overall project completion.

The Sales Representative will actively identify and pursue leads, address customer’s questions and concerns and meet sales quotas of solar systems and energy efficiency services. They will strive to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with our clients. This person will spend much of their time traveling and visiting with prospective customers. The Sales Representative will demonstrate tact, adaptability, confidence and a high degree of customer service and professionalism.

• Drive production of opportunities to meet sales goals and objectives
• Develop qualified leads and sales opportunities
• Generate project proposals/quotes for customers
• Analysis of customer’s current and projected electrical usage and financial return on investment
• Must have a clear understanding of contract agreements and be able to explain and review agreements with customers
• Communicating with project and design team throughout job completion
Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of a successful track record of solar industry sales experience
• Experience with solar installation and design
• Proven ability to build and develop business relationships
• Strong ability to project monthly sales numbers
• Desire to stay on the leading edge of the solar and renewable energies industry
• Understanding of general construction a plus
• Four year college degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

This position will be responsible for installing grid-tied PV systems. The Installer will provide support to the crew lead of the installation team, communicate job status data and ensure the completion of installation of all solar arrays/systems. It is the responsibility of every installer to ensure safe work practices for the Radiance Solar installation team.

Responsibilities

• Pulling inventory for each installation job; ensuring adequate inventory for truck load
• On-site design installation, working off of plan designs
• Layout and assembly of solar modules, array and mounting hardware
• Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment
• Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC)
• Document completion of job with photos
• Clean up job site

Requirements

• Previous experience in PV installations, roof work, general construction, or carpentry strongly preferred
• Basic understanding/experience with electrical wiring of AC and DC systems
