Walton EMC continues to expand their community solar program that aims to maintain low-cost energy for their customer-owners. Last year, Radiance installed Walton’s first, 1.3 megawatt plant that kicked off the coop’s solar initiative. This second, larger utility plant, is located on 18 acres on the outskirts of Monroe, GA. The combined facilities will deliver 7 million kilowatt hours of electricity per year.
